Growth Partner to Founders

Mary Beth Strawn is an experienced finance executive with a proven track record of supporting high-growth companies. As CFO of a $150M manufacturing business, she helped scale the organization from 30 to more than 600 employees over nine years, guiding its financial strategy, optimizing cost systems, implementing NetSuite ERP, and leading key initiatives through ESOP ownership and a successful acquisition.

Mary Beth specializes in:

  • Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

  • Performance and cost analysis

  • ERP strategy & implementation (NetSuite)

  • ESOP administration and financial governance

  • Strategic planning & operational alignment

Her earlier career includes roles in private wealth management and securities administration, as well as service in the U.S. Peace Corps (Panama).

Mary Beth holds a degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. In January 2026, she will begin UNC’s online Master of Accounting program in preparation for CPA licensure (expected in 2027).

She works with founders and executive teams who want a trusted finance partner to build clarity, discipline, and scalability into their business — without the cost of a full-time CFO.
